DELIVERY POLICY
On our website, the CUSTOMER will find the delivery methods as defined below:
- Delivery to warehouse.
The delivery period is three (3) to five (5) business days and begins to count from the sending of the confirmation and approval email of the order, in accordance with the delivery methods defined for each product, which will be duly detailed in the invoice issued to the CLIENT.
The information provided by the CLIENT in their order must include the personal details of the recipient receiving it: phone number, email address, as well as the delivery address; otherwise, the order may be held until the CLIENT corrects the information.
QUIMISHOP reserves the right to cancel orders with insufficient information without the right to a refund.
The CUSTOMER or recipient of the order, as applicable, must check the external condition of the package and the products at the time of delivery.
Mandatory procedure in case of missing or damaged product (Any delivery method).
The CLIENT or, if applicable, the recipient of the order must notify the absence or degradation of the product to help@quimishop.com
QUIMISHOP-Customer Service may request any information related to the identity of the CUSTOMER or the recipient of the order and proceed with any necessary verifications for the case.
QUIMISHOP recommends that the CUSTOMER check that they have received their entire order at the time of delivery.
In case of disagreement, you must reject the delivery and notify the distributor immediately.
